Teen Accused of Selling Rx Drugs to Fellow Student Who Ended Up Hospitalized

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — A 17-year-old is accused by police of selling prescription drugs at Canandaigua Academy to two fellow students, one of whom had a bad reaction to the drugs and was hospitalized.

Frederick Daniely is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, according to the City of Canandaigua Police Department.

Canandaigua teenager is in trouble with police after officers claim he sold prescription drugs at school.

Daniely was arraigned in city court and released on his own recognizance.
