WEBSTER, N.Y. — The F.B.I. is holding a news conference later Monday morning to announce developments in the August 2003 robbery and murder at the Xerox Federal Credit Union in Webster.

On August 12, 2003 at about 10 a.m., surveillance cameras captured a picture of the person who came into the Xerox Credit Union, shot two customers and then got away with a large amount of money. Xerox employee Raymond Batzel, 51, died in that shooting. He was there on his lunch break to make a car payment.

A second customer was shot and survived.
