ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The 17-year-old twin brothers convicted of fatally stabbing a classmate were sentenced to prison.

Juan and Darvis Mojena were found guilty of first-degree manslaughter. Juan was sentenced to 15 years, his brother Darvis was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison.

Rochester police say the two brothers stabbed Trenton Nelson, 16, in June. Officers say Nelson was stabbed in the torso outside a pawn shop. Police say they originally responded to a report of a large crowd at the scene.

Surveillance video from that pawn shop was later used in the trial.
