Nursing Home Employee Accused of Exposing Himself to Disabled Patient

The Wayne County Sheriff’s office has charged an employee of the Wayne County Nursing Home for allegedly displaying inappropriate behavior in the presence of nursing home residents.

Police arrested Louis Magrino, 63, of Lyons. He is charged with endangering the welfare of a disabled person and a willful violation of the Public Heath Law. According to the criminal complaint, Magrino is accused of exposing himself to a disabled stroke patient at the facility.

Magrino is being held in the Wayne County jail on $2,000 cash bail. He has since resigned his job as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the nursing home.
