Overview

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DBE PARTICIPATION GOAL FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 2017‐2019

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) has established a
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE Program) in accordance with regulations of
the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. As part of this DBE Program, the
Authority announces its proposed FFY’s 2017, 2018, and 2019 goal of 4.48% for DBE
participation in Federal Transit Administration‐funded projects.

The proposed goal and methodology may be reviewed during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m.
– 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday at RGRTA’s main office 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, New
York for 30 days following this notice. Interested persons may contact Dawn Sywulski, DBE

The RGRTA and US DOT will accept written comments on the goal and the methodology for 45
days from the first date of publication of this notice. Written comments may be submitted to
