BRIGHTON, N.Y. — Police have made an arrest in connection with a robbery and kidnapping on Westfall Road in Brighton earlier this month.

Brighton Police arrested 47-year-old Roy Hudson of Rochester, who they say approached a person in the parking lot at Clinton Crossings business park May 19th.

Police say Hudson flashed what appeared to be a handgun, forcing the victim to drive to an ATM to withdraw money which he stole.

The victim was not hurt.
