5 Missing Rochester Children Found in Niagara Falls Home, 2 Charged

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Five children reported missing from the Rochester area since August have been located and will be reunited with their family.

Officials from the United States Marshal’s Office say they were located at a home in the Niagara Falls area.

Mark Johnson and Ise-Lynn Johnson were transported to Monroe County to answer to charges of endangering the welfare of a child. At Rochester City Court, Mark plead non guilty. His bail was set at $500 and he will appear back in court on February 22. Ise-Lynn also plead not guilty, was released on own recognizance and will appear back in court on February 28.

Officials from the Marshal’s Office say they located 8-year-old William Manigault-Philpot along with 5-year-old Mark, 10-year-old Marnaisha, 11-year-old Janiarha and 12-year-old Kiyana Johnson.

Time Warner Cable News spoke with a woman who said she is the grandmother of the three oldest children. She says the family is overjoyed by the news.
