Manchester judge indicted on larceny charges

TOWN OF MANCHESTER, N.Y. — A Manchester town judge is facing larceny charges, according to the Ontario County District Attorney.

Judge Erika Martin pleaded not guilty to a third-degree count of grand larceny.

She’s accused of stealing town property valued at about $3,000.

Martin remains suspended from the bench while her own case moves through the courts.

A second town judge in Manchester is handling cases.

Judge Martin is expected back in court on December 20th.
