ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A judge has suspended all driving privileges for the man accused causing the Halloween crash that killed his baby daughter.

Issac McCrea, 34, appeared in court with the mother of his children by his side. He pleaded not guilty Monday morning on charges accusing him of causing the crash that killed his infant daughter.

McCrea is facing up to 10 counts for the October 31st accident. He’s accused driving drunk in the fatal car crash that killed his 6-month-old daughter. Two other children were in the car at the time of the accident.

According to prosecutors, the mother of the children has been supportive of McCrea through this process. The chief says McCrea had a 0.14 alcohol level around the time that the incident happened. He is facing multiple charges including felony vehicular manslaughter.

McCrea could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted. He is due back in court January 8th.
