VICTOR, N.Y. — An arson suspect in the Victor Apple Farm fire is quickly making her way through the justice system.

A jury indicted Karen Bahai Thursday on a single count of felony third-degree arson.

Officials at the Victor Town Court also say no new court date has been set.

Investigators say she set the blaze that destroyed the orchard’s retail store on November 4, 2016.

The farm’s 30,000 fruit trees were not damaged.

Bahai’s husband, Co-owner and Founder Munir Bahai, who says he’s now separated from his wife, has said he’s still not convinced his wife set the fire.

He still plans to rebuild.
